Executive Assistant to the President
We are seeking an assistant to our President. This position includes administrative support and program management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills; have a strong office administration background; and demonstrate experience in community engagement and event coordination. The ability to speak Spanish is welcomed. Salary is commensurate with experience. Top candidates will also:

Own a personal cell phone and laptop; and have access to a personal vehicle.

Be able to promptly respond to emails within regular business hours.

Be available to attend certain key in-person events and provide on-site support.

Live Well / Vive Bien
We are looking for passionate community members to share their thoughts about their neighborhood’s specific health and service needs at a 2.5-hour long World Café conversation for a research study to design Live Well / Vive Bien services. This study has been approved by The University of Texas at Austin Institutional Review Board. Every resident who participates in the World Café will receive a $50 HEB gift card for their time.
